has been exposed to the entrepreneurial ambience at Silicon Valley's Stanford University
ever since 1984. Through their backgrounds as computer scientists and extensive work
experience with large high-tech companies (Oracle Corporation, Digital Equipment, Sun
Microsystems, Hewlett-Packard, The Boston Consulting Group, Gemini Consulting) they were
able to build Infobahn International and its subsidiaries to reflect all of their
collective and worldwide expertise.

Mariana Bozesan, author of the
Diet for a New Life book series and life mastering programs, is a serial
entrepreneur, an angel investor and Venture Capitalist (VC), a leading
authority in consciousness leadership in business, an inspiring public
speaker, a humanitarian, a philanthropist, and a serial entrepreneur.
Bozesan has been an angel investor/VC since 1995 and is one of the initial investors in Cybernet AG (today PSINet), which was the first Internet company that went public on the German stock exchange. She was an early member of the Munich Business Angel Network (MBA AG), and is an ongoing investor in high-tech companies and medical device manufacturers. Moreover, she has invested in Business Angels and VC funds in Silicon Valley and Europe, including The Angels Forum in Palo Alto and EarlyBird Venture Capital in Munich, Germany. Her specialty in angel investing is the successful application of the Consciousness Leadership model that she has developed.

Tom founded Infobahn in January of 1995. He worked for the Boston Consulting Group's High-Tech practice in Munich and San Francisco before he became an entrepreneur. In 1993 he founded BayNet World to provide Internet e-commerce solutions to the local real estate market in the Silicon Valley. In 1995, he co-founded Germany's first publicly traded Internet Service Provider, Cybernet AG (NASDAQ: ZNET), for which he sucessfully built the technical infrastructure and overall corporate marketing organization. Since 1998 Tom serves on the advisory board of Earlybird Venture Capital, Hamburg/Munich/Palo Alto. Tom invests as an angel investor in Internet start-ups. Tom holds an M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Karlsruhe and an MBA from Stanford University.
